Her fight is our fight!!!

I believe that local businesses and amazing people such as you, can really make a difference in the community which is why I am reaching out asking for your support. My name is Brianna Owen, I am 38, married with 3 young children at home & I am a full-time student. I suffer from a rare, mutated gene p.Y179C which makes me a high-risk candidate for colon cancer. I have recently been diagnosed with none other than stage III colon cancer, thank you mutated gene. I have had a partial colectomy and am now receiving chemotherapy treatments. I am having a benefit March 12 to help raise funds for a PET scan that can help detect cancer, also a Signatera colon cancer blood test both not covered at all by my insurance, prescriptions that insurance also doesn’t cover, the nanny that watches the kids while I am in chemo every other week and while I am home recovering. I am one month in and have 5 more months ahead of me with my husband being our sole provider. I am looking for businesses and again amazing people from our community that would love to help a good cause in form of generous donations to help meet our fundraising goal. Myself and my family greatly appreciate your time, love, support & most of all the prayers. We look forward to seeing everyone come out for the benefit. We honestly couldn’t do this without ya'll.
