Aaron Bowlby Toy Drive

The "Aaron Bowlby Toy Drive" 2022 is on it's way!

Since COVID is still lingering around gathering toys may not be for everyone. We are continuing with the Go Fund Me for 2022 for those that want to donate through this method.

The reason why do the toy drive -
The first Christmas after Aaron graduated from high school he was working, and he decided that he wanted to help a child in need at Christmas. He chose a 6 year old boy who wanted a bicycle and went and picked out a nice bike and helmet. He delivered the bike himself to the boy's parents on Christmas Eve 2000. It is with this same heart that we now collect toys for the Newberg Toy and Joy. We will deliver them on Aaron's birthday December 1st. I encourage each and everyone to donate to the Newberg Toy and Joy or help a family in need this Christmas in memory of Aaron.

Thank you!
Love Janis Bowlby and Family

Newberg Toy and Joy -
This program began in a firefighter’s garage in 1929. The goal was to provide presents for Newberg area children who without this program would not receive anything for Christmas. Through yearly fundraising efforts and incredible community support, the program has expanded and continued. In 2017, approximately 900 children received multiple gifts. This is truly an amazing program!
