Aaron Callaghan through his difficult journey

Hi, My name is Muiranna and I'd like to help a very good friend from Creggan and Derry man Aaron, he has been diagnosed with throat cancer after been told surgery was successful a few weeks back then he received bad news last week and we all as family and friends from the community want to help Aaron and his wife and 2 beautiful girls with bill increases and everyday life through his difficult journey.
