Aaron Poteat Family Cancer Support Fund

Our family is gearing up for battle against cancer & we need your help! The journey isn’t going to be easy but with God as our guide, we are believing for healing to come!

On 12/9 Aaron had an EGD to check out what we thought would just end up being a hernia or ulcer to be told he has aggressive stomach/esophageal cancer. On Monday 12/12- it was confirmed.

Him & his wife of 15 years have lived in NWA since ‘07. They have 2 kids ages 4 & 6. Aaron also has an older son named Austin who graduated from

bentonville high school in 2015.

Aarons worked as physician assistant in NWA in various positions including Mercy ER & now Rouse Family Medical in Springdale. He also serves at his church The House in Rogers & on the city council in Garfield.

Cancer is truly no receptor of persons as he has no risk factors & is otherwise in the best shape of his life. He feels great. We have no idea where this came from.

Thankfully his CT scan showed no localized spreading so we’re hoping we found it early!

Funds will help go towards traveling expenses, food, gas & other miscellaneous costs associated with fighting this.
