Abandoned dog with broken jaw and legs

This dog was found at side of the road, near our rescue friends in Romania

They thought poor thing was dead at first, but she was hit by car and is in a very bad shape.

She has one broken front leg with open feature ( you can see the bones and is broken in two places ). Her jaw is also broken.

Managed to get to the vets, but the vets can not do any surgeries till she is stable. Is on drips now and had pain killers, and antihemorrhagic injection.

She will need surgery on leg and jaw, then once recovered enough , the prep and transport to bring her to a foster home here in the UK
