Abandoned Pennington Gap Dog

A lot of people ask how I got started in dog training & I always tell them it began with rescue work.
I know this is my business page for training & I don’t usually post a lot of rescue stuff on here but if you follow this page it’s most likely because you are a dog lover so I wanted to share the story of the sweet girl that was living at the abandoned house in Pennington Gap Va so that it could potentially reach more people to get her the donations that she will need!

All because one person cared enough to stop & get pictures of her & make a post about her. (She was too scared to be caught at the time)

I decided I was going to make the trip to try & catch her. It wasn’t easy because she was TERRIFIED so she ran & hid. After about an hour of trying & with the help of a dog loving compassionate police officer & two other amazing people who I can’t think enough, we were able to get her!!!

HAPPY TEARS!!! THIS. THIS IS WHY RESCUERS ARE SO PASSIONATE ABOUT WHAT WE DO. LOOK AT THESE PICTURES & TELL ME WE DON’T HAVE A PROBLEM ESPECIALLY IN OUR AREA.
