Abandoned puppies in need of medical care
Donation protected
Hi, we are Sam and Scott. We are UC Berkeley students studying abroad in Moorea. Four puppies were dropped off at our station and are in need of medical attention. All three males and one female need to be spayed, neutered, and microchipped estimated at 250 USD per dog. They will need a series of 4 vaccines, a rabies vaccine, to be dewormed, and treated for parasites. If we cannot find them forever homes here in Moorea we will be arranging to take them back to America and find them happy homes there. The vaccines in addition to the rabies vaccine are 355 USD each x 4 = 1420 USD. Adding each puppy to fly would require another 100-300 USD per puppy. Deworming medication is 28 USD per dog and a large bag of food for them is 80 USD. In addition, carriers will also need to be purchased which is roughly 100 USD. The total cost is 3912 USD. Any additional money will be donated to the people who are kindly caring for these animals until our program is over since we students are not allowed to keep dogs here at the station. Any help would be huge and go a long way in rehabilitating these little guys and giving them a chance at the life they deserve. They are amazing puppies!
