Abdirahman Raising money for prosthetic

On January  8,  2019 I was visiting Somalia for the first time when I was in a car bombing. The bomb was placed right under my seat and I was the only person injured.  After the bomb went off, I woke up and looked down at my legs and I saw that I was bleeding and injured, I looked around at the car and I knew it was going to catch fire and blow up again, I needed to get myself out of there, so I dragged myself as far as I could.  I saved my life. I thought the hard part was over until they told me the prosthetic is going to be 60 to 80 thousand. I cannot come up with this money, so I'm coming to you and asking for help. Whatever you can donate will help in making a difference. 

My name is Abdirahman Ali, Grade 12 high school student. I was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta.

My older sister, Adna Ali, is helping me with this GoFundMe. She has been instrumental in helping me with my recovery and pushing me to get the help and support I need. While I am still in school and working on recovery she will be helping me handle all donations.
