We urgently need your help to save the life of my friend's nephew. This sweet 3.5-year-old boy was born with severe kidney issues and has been fighting for his life since birth.

His Story:

The child was diagnosed with hydronephrosis in both kidneys before he was born. Despite several surgeries in different hospitals, his condition has not improved and continues to worsen. He now has complete blockage of urine, which has led to life-threatening complications.

Current Situation:

His family recently consulted a senior doctor at a private hospital, who has recommended an urgent major surgery. This surgery involves removing his right kidney, which is completely blocked, and restructuring his urinary system externally due to bladder issues. The cost of this surgery is 1 million Pakistani Rupees (approximately £3,500).

The child's father works in a factory in Pakistan and the family struggles to make ends meet. They can't even afford £500, let alone the full amount needed for the surgery.
