Abe & Meli's Toxic Mold Emergency

Abram and Meli purchased a new home in November and while replacing new floors found black mold that needed to be professionally remediated because it was highly toxic. They had a thorough mold inspection prior to purchasing the house, but it was behind and underneath walls that never would have been seen or detected in an inspection. The remediation and build back process was incredibly pricey and cost them more than $60,000 for the whole project. They needed all new exterior siding, a new kitchen, and lots of large drywall holes in lots of places.

Both AJ & JC have previous toxic mold exposure so they are in the process of detoxing are a hypersensitive to mold. Meli & Abram are living their nightmare again, but are grateful it was found so their home will be safe for the boys to finish their healing journey of recovery.
