Abelardo and CJ

With the heaviest heart we ask our family and friends to help. Abelardo born July 7th, 2001 and Cesar born February 28th, 2004 took their last ride together and began their journey into heaven. Not only did their mother and father lose one son, but two.

Abelardo is survived by his pride and joy, son, Gael. Abelardo was a teen dad who took on parenting without a doubt in his mind he was going to be the best Dad in the world. Abelardo did everything from changing diapers, feedings, doctor appointments, showers and bed time. He was also a caring and loving boyfriend to his love, Yadira. His heart.

Cesar better known by family as “CJ” was a very easy going personality. He made an effort at playing the guitar even if he knew he wasn’t too great at it. He loved dancing and loved listening to Spanish music. CJ was very loving and proud of his roots.

These boys were two peas in one pod. Since little boys they did everything together. They had the same friends, they ate the same things and even shared the same clothes. They loved one another like they loved themselves. They were more than just brothers they were best friends, partners, confidants, companions and each other shoulder to cry on when times got hard. They shared the good, bad and ugly. Never letting one another down.

As much as it pains the family to have to say goodbye to both of them at once, it comes to no surprise to us that they took the next chapter in their lives (in heaven) together. By the hand, with their hearts in one another and trusting each other. Until we all meet again it’s going to be hard to not see them at gatherings, holidays, birthdays and every day.

We ask you for his parents Laura Camacho and Bertoldo Zuniga. Keep them in prayer! We appreciate any and all help. As no amount is too small.

Keep them in your prayers, this will never make sense…. May God give them the comfort and love they need at this time.
