Abingdon United u12's Stadium Challenge

In what is becoming an annual tradition, the boys and girls of Abingdon United under-12s are setting themselves another ambitious challenge to raise funds for their grassroots football team & a chosen charity. Having set the bar high with their hugely successful Snowdon expedition last year, this year’s task centres around the professional football teams that most inspire them.

Over the weekend of 13th and 14th May 2023, they have challenged themselves to visit as many football stadiums as possible and to run the perimeter of each stadium. We estimate that an incredible 15 to 20 miles will be covered by the team!

As always, our boys and girls will ensure that 50% of your donations will support young people going through challenging times by contributing to a charity supporting children in Ukraine. https://voices.org.ua/en/who-we-are/

What’s more, this will be a carbon-neutral mission, as trees will be planted in our neighbourhood to minimise any environmental impact of our travel.
