The primary purpose of the Center for War/Peace Studies, INC (CWPS) is to establish a more reliable International Political system and overcome the obstructions in the present international decision-making processes. To this end, we promote consideration of methods of decision-making such as the "binding triad", where decisions are made by a carefully balanced triad of different weightings of votes.
