Abraham Reza Medical Leave Assistance

Hello, my name is Michael Moler and I am the West Texas Regional Manager for MD Totco. Abraham(Abe) Reza is the Field Service Supervisor for our East area. Abe has been with the MD Totco operations team in West Texas and New Mexico for about 10 years. He has served as a Field Service Technician, SME, and Supervisor.

Over the last 18 months, Abe has been on a waitlist for a kidney transplant. Well, he finally received the call this week that the time has arrived for him to undergo the transplant procedure. It is scheduled for March 7th, 2023 in Ft. Worth. This will require Abe to lease housing in Ft. Worth for 2-3 months where he will need to stay following the procedure. This will provide a hardship to his family due to having 2 households for the duration of his stay in Ft. Worth. Abe's father donated one of his kidneys to someone in need a few months ago to help allow Abe to have this opportunity at getting a new kidney. Their family has been through a long journey to get to this point.
