Abuse wild owl trying to survive please help me !

Hello I’m Mr. owl was just trying to Survive in the wild. I’m older but very Feisty. I was String up by a wire and beat to dead because I was hungry. I now have 3 broken bones in both wings and a broken leg. I need help with veterinary surgery and food . Can you help me? I would appreciate any help you can come up with to feed me!
