ACAPULCO LEFT IN DESTRUCTION AFTER HURRICANE OTIS

My name is sherry Doyle, born and raised in Nova Scotia Canada. My beautiful mother is originally from Acapulco Mexico, but has been a citizen of Canada for years.

On Wednesday October 25th, 2023, Acapulco was hit but a category 5 hurricane and absolutely wiped out the entire coast, flooding the city, tearing roofs from homes, stores and hotels, submerging vehicles, and severing communications as well as road and air connections.

This catastrophic event has left my entire family left to fight for survival. Food, toiletries and simply drinking water is non existent because of severe looting of all business that haven't been cleared out from the storm itself.

I am reaching out in hopes that someone, anyone can help me help them. ANYTHING helps, honestly.

Anything that comes through will help my family survive and with any lucky at all, we will have enough to those in the surrounding communities!
