I was stolen from fraudulently rented an apartment

Hi my name is Erin, I recently tried to rent an apartment in the Denver area and was lied to and stolen from. They fraudulently rented me an apartment that was never theirs… and took all the money I had to move out with. I tried to be careful but in the end it didn’t matter. I was given a fake Id, signed a fake lease, and given keys I saw work but then got changed and never worked again, to an apartment that was never available to rent out to begin with. I need help getting some of the money back together so my cats and I don’t end up homeless and frozen on the streets it’s still snowing here . This guy is the guy who did this to me. I don’t even know his real name but that’s his face.

I was also recently fired from my last job for issues related to this event and I’m having trouble paying all the deposits and stuff to move into the place I have found… I’m lost and I need help.. Please help! And thank you if you do.
