Accident now surgery

Hello my name is Alexis Rice. I was involved in a severe accident on May 13th the day after my birthday. I was leaving to visit my mom when a car sped past and cut me off, this caused me to try to avoid being rear ended and I hydroplaned and was hit by a semi truck. I am a mental health case manager, and I depend on my car and my health. I have a pinched nerve and concussion. I am completely out of a vehicle and the coverage I had won’t help everything. I’m asking for what ever you can give. I get paid once a month being a case worker and we don’t have the best insurance. I’m looking for help while I recover to cover medical expenses and just basic things. Thank you
