Accident Recovery For Anekah “Mckennah Laurel”

Hey friends and loved ones. I am fundraising on behalf of my sister and our long-time friend Anekah “Mckennah Laurel”.

On May 17th, Tuesday night, Anekah was injured in a tragic car accident. She was driving home from work and her car broke down on the I-20 interstate in Georgia stopping her in the left hand lane near the median, a reckless driver then ran into her as she was completely stopped and indicators flashing. The high speed impact of the reckless driver sent her to Grady Trauma Center disoriented with severe bruises and burns. To be a victim of such a severe and near-fatal car accident has completely affected her life.

Anekah is a 23 year old Esthetician at a local beauty salon in Smyrna. She was a Georgia State student that was very active in the community and enjoyed servicing others. Her generous spirit and kind heart has left a mark on friends, family, and just about anyone she graced with her winsome smile. You could tell she genuinely enjoys helping others and is passionate about showing love.

The coming days, weeks, and months will be filled with rebuilding and healing. This is something that will ease the burdens and be an act of service during this devastating time.
