Accommodation for Ukrainian refugees

Hi everyone, we are travelling back to the UK with 13 Ukrainian refugees and two volunteers, and we are fundraising specifically for accommodation en route.

The Big Lemon is a social enterprise in Brighton, UK, and we have just completed a trip to the Ukrainian border with donations from Brighton & Hove. We have dropped off essential supplies at seven different places on the Hungarian/Ukrainian borders and in Poland, supporting refugee centres, Ukrainian resistance, a pet sanctuary and an orphanage in Lviv.

We are travelling back to the UK with 13 refugees and we would like to put them up in hotels along the way to make their journey more comfortable.

The Big Lemon is providing the bus, driver and fuel, and we are asking for help specifically with accommodation so we can give refugees on the bus a comfortable journey after so much trauma.

We need accommodation for two nights along the way (Saturday 16th in Germany and Sunday 17th in Dieppe, France). We will then get a ferry to Newhaven on Monday morning and take our passengers to Brighton where they are meeting their sponsors.
