Achilles Surgery for Corey Johnson

Hey Everyone! 

I’m Corey’s fiancé Jessica. Back in August Corey tore his Achilles’ tendon and unfortunately retore it recently meaning he needs surgery to  be able to bowl again let alone walk normally. 

Corey is the manager at BowlersMart IQ Jacksonville and has been passionate about bowling his entire life. He’s stubborn and doesn’t like asking for help so that’s why I’ve created this campaign. 

He’s an amazing man that’s been delt a crappy hand. Unfortunately he does not have health insurance and does not qualify for assistance through the hospital. 

Due to Covid-19 we were both out of work foralmost 3 months without pay which cleared majority of our savings. If you can pitch in at all we would be extremely grateful. 

All funds raised with this campaign will only gotowards medical bills. Anything leftover will go towards youth bowling programs. Any little bit helps! Let’get Corey fixed!
