Live Acoustic album release Leonie Bos

What better time to release a live acoustic album with music that supports your inner journey, than now?

Unfortunately I couldn't dive into the studio this year, as we had to stay inside first few months.
So I had decided to record 10 of my songs LIVE in nature outside.
As I felt it's time to share them with you. 

This has actually been a project from a couple of years ago where my goal was to have a live acoustic concert in the Amsterdam forest Theatre. So let's see if this album will bring me there ;)

For me to be able to do this properly, I have a team of people around me to help me with this. 
And ofcourse not for free.
I personally feel I need to stop asking fellow artistic creator for favours, and pay them the fair amount they deserve.

Specially now that a lot of self employed artist in the event business are struggling. So this project also is a platform to support my fellow peeps that have none or almost no income right now.

SO that's why I need your help, cause I am also a self employed artist with no income at the moment. 

So what's the plan?

My dear friend Jaimie (videographer) has made a beautiful video recording of the live acoustic session in the dunes. 
These video's will gradually be released on my youtube channel this coming month.

Then my dear friend and producer Sacha has recorded and produced the songs and this album has been released on Spotify and all other platforms. 

Please don't underestimate how much work and time went into editing and production.
And we will not get rich from the music platforms.
Spotify pays  0,006 per stream.. divided between producer and artist..

So yeah.. we basically give away our music for free nowadays 
Artist make their money by giving concerts, and that is off the table now already for 8 months..

The album has now been released on September 17th!  woop woop!

What's next?

Together with Heart Fire we will organise a release concert on October 21st, at the Tobacco theatre in Amsterdam.
Normally this venue can host up till 350 people, and we are now only aloud to have 60 guests.. 
So.. that's why I keep this crowdfunding going till the 21st of October.

Cause the proceeds of the tickets will make sure we'll even out. But I still need to pay the musicians that will join me, the photographer and videographer for the LIVESTREAM we're also gonna do durning this concert.

And real life CD's need to be produced!

Anyway, much reason to keep going until the end goal.
