Help Jack Heal (Full CCL tears in both legs)

Hi, my name is Jessica and I am fundraising on behalf of my good friend Elin. Her dog Jack recently tore his CCL (human equivalent of an ACL). After many vet visits/tests and plenty of hours of research, the best course of action is to try an heal Jack naturally with a specialized knee brace (handmade to fit his knee specifically) physical therapy, and a change in his diet with added medicine/vitamins. Unfortunately if this doesn’t help, Jack will have to have surgery to fix his knee. Due to Jack’s age (9 years) and previous health issue (hyperthyroidism) surgery is a risky option but for those of you that know how much Jack means to Elin and her family, they will do whatever is necessary to get Jack back to the adventurous dog he was before.
