Action charity for poorly children & Fairmead School

This year I will be completing the following events:

•Yeovil half marathon 30th March

•Manchester marathon 27th April

•Race the sun cheddar gorge 12th July

Although familiar with the Yeovil half marathon route this year i will complete my first Marathon, and first team entry event where Dan and I will complete the Race the sun at cheddar gorge. This consists of a 25 mile cycle, 9 mile hike and 2 mile kayak under the team name of The Gorgers!

I aim to complete all 3 events with a smile on my face knowing that I have been able to support my chosen charities this year. I will be hoping to raise the £950 required amount to complete the Team event with Action charity, and then any excess of donations over that will go to ‘Friends of Fairmead’

As many of you are aware Fairmead school play a huge part in Reuben’s life and I love to contribute to further development within the school surroundings.

‘Action’ charity are on a mission to save and change children’s lives through medical research, developing treatments, vaccinations and cures. 30% of children with a rare condition will sadly loose their lives before there 5th birthday.

Any donation big or small will make the difference to a brighter future for all charities involved.
