Hi. On behalf of Julie I am fundraising.

In memory of Adam Castle who passed away very unexpectedly at 51.

Lots of people since Adam passed away have asked how they can donate to his fund.

He had been under the Sheffield a Northern General Dialysis centre and all monies raised will be donated for their tireless care of Adam.
