Adam L. Feller

To all my husband's fellow Metro-North Brothers and Sisters,

It is with great difficulty I am writing this to ask for your help.

My husband, Adam Feller has been diagnosed with and is being treated for a severe septic infection in his left leg. Surgery was required to clean out the wound, leaving him with a 12" open wound, that has to heal from the inside out. This means that he is under constant medical care, either by his doctor or a visiting nurse. They are not telling how long it should take to heal, but it is not expected he will be able to return to work for a matter of months. We are very lucky in the fact that this was diagnosed as soon as it was, or he could have lost his leg or died from the infection.

Needless to say, we have put some money aside to cover emergencies such as this, but we have no idea when he will be able to return to work.

If there is anything that you can do to help a fellow employee in his time of need, it will be greatly appreciated.
