Adam Joseph Kingery
Donation protected
Adam Kingery was a 35-year-old man who left behind his legacy and namesake, two 1/2-year-old AJJ (Adam Joseph JR). After coming home from work on May 29th, Adam played with his son sitting on the couch. His fiancee, Amanda, suddenly noticed Adam had just passed out. Not able to wake him up, Amanda called 911. While at the hospital, Adam suffered horrible seizures and was heavily sedated. This went on for several weeks, after which the doctors began to reduce the sedative to allow him to wake up. They ran an MRI at that point, resulting in the worst possible outcome. Adam no longer had any brain activity. The family decided to donate his organs and remove him from life support. On June 10th, at 6:30 in the morning, Adam finally succumbed and passed away. Adam was a wonderful father and was looking forward to raising their son with his fiancee, Amanda, in a loving two-parent household. His death was unexpected, leaving a financial burden on his family with the mounting medical bills and funeral expenses. They had plans to get married after Amanda finished her schooling. She is currently pursuing her nursing degree and has made the Dean's List. Amanda is working hard to provide for her family in the tragic aftermath. Amanda will face the challenges of future daycare expenses for AJJ, educational expenses, and continuing to pay the household bills on the home that Adam and Amanda shared together. Adam was loved by everyone he met and was such a giving person, even down to the last decision to donate his organs to help other families in need. Please help Amanda and AJJ as they rebuild their lives and put the pieces back in place. Adam's presence on those he touched can never be erased. Every donation will be given to Amanda Goodwin and AJJ.
