Adam Townsend & Townsend Family Fundraiser

An important and special request on behalf of the CLYC-

You all know our dedicated Club Manger Dal Townsend. Dal along with his daughters Tatum and Tara have worked at our club for the past 9 years. Dal is a teacher at Frankfort High. Dal and his wife Jenny also have a son, Adam, an 18 year old senior at Frankfort High.

Adam was born with a condition that has interrupted the arterial blood flow to his right leg. As he has become older, the condition has worsened. For over 2 years now, the Townsends have made numerous trips to The Mayo Clinic for multiple surgeries in an attempt to save Adam’s leg. Although they face an uncertain future the doctors at Mayo are recommending amputation below the knee while the family is praying for a miracle.

Please show your support in the spirit of how we take care of each other at the Crystal Lake Yacht Club. Dal, Tatum, and Tara have given so much to our club over the years, we feel it is our turn to give back. Your donation goes to help offset the financial burden on the Townsend family, and is greatly appreciated.
