ADAM’S USA KARATE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS FUND

Hello everyone, my name is Lynne Solski. I am raising money for my talented nephew, Adam Hellard to go to the USA Karate National Championships this July 19-24 in Greenville, SC.  The Hellard family and I are grateful for the contributions and support. 

Born with a fierce heart and soul, Adam developed a love for karate at 6 years old.  A natural talent for Kumite combined with his strong work ethic and competitive spirit has led him to achieve an impressive record at State.  After winning his first bronze medal in 2013, he has since captured 3 FIRST PLACE State Championships in only 9 years after putting on his first Gi!  Happy with his success but dreaming of more, Murphy’s Law always seemed to be at work making an expensive trip to Nationals impossible.

Disappointed but determined to make his dream come true, Adam just kept on doing what Adam does best – put his winning mindset into his training.  His hard work paid off and Adam proudly took 1st place at State again this year!!  Watching him proudly earn another medal for his 4TH STATE CHAMPIONSHIP WIN, we knew it was our turn to step up and help him make his dream come true to compete at Nationals this year.  Winning at Nationals opens new possibilities - the U.S. team will be sending three male and female athletes in the Kumite division to the 2020 Olympics in Japan!

So we are asking for your kind consideration to help make Adam’s dream come true and show your support in his unwavering dedication and spirit by making a trip to Greenville, SC a reality.  All monies received from this campaign will be used for the expenses of competing at Nationals – lodging, travel, meals and registration fees.
