Adam's 50th Birthday Wish

Dear friends & family,

Adam will be turning 50 years old on the 8th of July. To help him celebrate his 50th, I am (shamelessly) asking for financial support to help offset his medical and well being expenses.

Adam has an aggressive stage 4 metastasised renal cell carcinoma that has spread to his lungs, and currently needs round the clock care. As a result, it has impacted on both our abilities to commit to paid employment. While medical treatment is mostly covered by the government through Medicare, funds are still needed for daily medication, meals, rent, utility bills, and just everyday living expenses. His medical team estimates that Adam will need medical attention for at least the next 6 months in order for treatment to work. Any help you can provide is much appreciated.
