Adam's kidney transplant

Update: THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT! Adam is a 5-year-old fun-loving boy who lives in Tunisia. His biggest hopes are to swim in the ocean while eating candy. His kidneys do not function. He has been on dialysis his whole life. Adam's father and I are cousins. When we visited in December 2021 he was still walking.

His kidney function has deteriorated. He can no longer walk or exert energy as other kids do.

Earlier this month, his mother was successfully approved as his kidney donor! Tunisia does not have the facilities to perform the transplant procedure. A team of Tunisian doctors in Turkey has approved the mother-son surgery for January 16th.

The funds will be used to pay for the procedure, medications, and hospital stays for both mother & son.
