Adan Transport

Hey! I’m so excited for you to be apart of raising funds for the “Adan Transport”! This is a super cool device that is designed to transport individuals who are not able to power their own wheel chair. It’s unique design can transport individuals over questionable terrain. Making a wide variety of venues easy to access. What was considered challenging or nearly impossible to do, is now doable. From resorts to museums, airports to stadiums, families will now be empowered to take new adventures together.
I came up with idea after spending 2 hours with most amazing teenager named Ayden. I helped his parents navigate his custom made wheel chair all over a farm ( Hidden Acres Animal Sanctuary) so he could spend time with therapy animals. At the end of the time, I simply said “ God, there has to be a better way”. So I sat down and designed something. Reached out to a friend (who is a rocket scientist- for real) who then reached out to UNC. They called me asked a few questions and then the next I know is. They say they want to make it as a senior class project. So this is the next step
This device is currently being developed by the University of North Carolina Lee School of Engineering. It’s a part the senior class project for the mechanical, electrical and computer engineering schools. The device will then be presented at the annual expo in December.
This is where you come in. The development and protection of the invention requires funding. The university cost is estimated to be between $18,000 -$25,000. Then there are the attorney fees, patent fees, and so on and so on.
The part “1” of the fees for the university are due now. I’m also looking to raise the attorney fees to protect the device as well. So for the first stage I’m looking to raise $25,000 this month and the second $25,000 next month.
Thank you so much for being apart of this and chasing the lives of so many people!
