Adaptive Recreation Outpost - Rent and Renovation
Tax deductible
TOA has a core mission of inspiring confidence and ambition for families of children with disabilities or delays.
Tahoe Ability Outpost (TAO) aims to offer a wide range of transformative adaptive sports and recreational programs designed to empower children with disabilities and their families. Our programs include adaptive water sports, cycling, winter sports, and hiking, all facilitated by using specialized equipment. We also provide extensive family support services, such as educational workshops, peer support groups, and a sensory gym, ensuring that every family member can participate and benefit. These programs not only foster physical fitness and mental well-being but also create a strong, inclusive community where lasting friendships and unforgettable memories are made.
To offer these vital services and expand our reach, we urgently need your help. We are launching a GoFundMe campaign to raise funds for rent and renovations of a facility (which will be AWESOME). Your generous donations will enable us to secure a safe, accessible space and make necessary improvements to better serve our participants. Every contribution brings us closer to creating a welcoming environment where children with disabilities can thrive and families can find the support and resources they need. Join us in making a difference and help us build a brighter, more inclusive future for all.
