Add Mariko support to Switchroot projects

Mariko (2019, Lite, and OLED) Nintendo Switch models are not supported by Linux 4 Switch or Switchroot Android due to their incompatibility with the fusee-gelee RCM exploit. They require specialized hardware and full bootstack rewrites, along with substantial kernel development, in order to be supported by these projects.
