Addison’s leg amputation

Addison "Addie bear" may look like a "normal" dog, but she was born without a knee on her back leg and the leg needs to be amputated. She was originally taken to the shelter as a puppy because the breeder knew they couldn't sell her for a profit. She was adopted from the shelter a year ago. Fast forward to now, HFE was contacted to find her a new home as the adopter recently moved and had to downsize and with all the current animals in the home, it was just to much.

Addison‘s leg isnt painful, however, it gets in the way of her daily activities as it just hangs there. She doesn’t/can't use it at all, and she would benefit greatly from amputation. Her surgery estimate is attached below. We are hoping to raise the funds to schedule the surgery as soon as possible.
