Hey there, My name is Addy! I’m a 24 year old trans girl living in the Pacific Northwest . I love to lead an active and fun life. I like to run, play music, collect records, and spend time with my cats, family and my boyfriend.
Unfortunately over the couple years almost all the joy has left my life. My health has been rapidly declining over the 12 months especially. I suffer from narcolepsy, POTS (Heart condition), severe asthma with chronic pneumonia, adrenal insufficiency syndrome (Addison’s disease), mega colon, and extreme intestinal complications.
The ailments have resulted in 12 times in the
hostpital, More ambulance rides then I can count, 19 Daily prescription medications. I’ve now had two exploratory procedures on my stomach that have resulted in my most recent surgery. On 7-14 I had an ileostomy surgery. This surgery is going to help my stomach function better and most importantly help prevent the chronic pain. Recovery has been rough so far but hopefully I should be mostly back doing things normally six-eight weeks from now.
Unfortunately through all my health complications I have gone completely broke. I haven’t ben able to work since January and my overdue bills and living expenses are piling up fast. I have started selling off my beloved music and retro equipment just get by. But they are some of the only things still keeping me sane.
It is with a heavy heart that I reach out to ask for support. Any little bit you can give means the world to me and would get me through this extremely difficult time in my life. I love you all, Addy
