Lets Build Adela a House!

Adela's is a story that needs to be told. An
unsung hero; she lives in La Carpio - the most notorious and dangerous area of
San Jose, Costa Rica. She describes herself as "mother, father,
grandmother, and grandfather" to her children, their spouses, grandchildren,
and the two teenage orphans she has adopted.
This courageous, compassionate, and joyful old lady - who doesn't even have bread for tomorrow! - Has been compelled by love to take in orphans and give them family. The problem is this: she lives in a concrete and corrugated tin box filled with cracks that leans to one side reminiscent of the leaning tower of Pisa. Her home could crumble at any moment.
When visiting her in December, Adela had two prayer requests - that God would heal her adopted son, and that He would help fix her home.
The boy was healed of his fever immediately, and the tumor on his neck dissolved after prayer. We believe God wants to use us to answer her only other request.
Most of us will never formally meet Adela, see her infectious smile, or be wrapped up in her motherly embrace. We do, however, have an opportunity to show Adela once more that God is real and answers her prayers. With your help we will build her a brand new, 45 square meter home, in place of the treacherous wreck she is in right now. Let's build her a home.
