AdHoc Employee Relief Fund
AdHoc is a Brooklyn-based events company and publication that has been serving the city’s independent music scene since 2012.
As COVID-19 continues to impact the New York music community, we need to support those who will be affected the most during this difficult time—and that includes the people working behind the scenes to organize, promote, and produce the non-stop calendar of amazing shows that drew many of us to this city in the first place.
The forced closure of venues and limitation on public gatherings has had a debilitating impact on AdHoc’s ability to throw events, which is the company’s primary source of income. Because of this, our staff has created the AdHoc Employee Relief Fund to support our affected employees and help offset some of the financial consequences they are facing as our regular schedule of shows is interrupted.
100% of the funds donated will go to supplementing the income of AdHoc’s employees. You’ll be helping them make rent, buy groceries, and feel a little less alone as they navigate this uncertain time.
New York City has always come together in the face of adversity—and now is no different. If you love the NYC music scene—or you have a special memory from one of our shows—please consider donating to our AdHoc Employee Relief Fund.
Stay safe out there.
