We need YOUR help NOW to continue the fight for the timely release of ALL Celsius custody accounts. Payments between $1500-$6000 were made to the law firm representing the ad-hoc committee, Togut, Segal & Segal, LLP, by a small number of individuals totaling around $120,000. Kyle and Bryan from Togut are fighting hard on our behalf, but this is likely going to be a longer battle than we hoped for. The initial funds we raised are close to being exhausted. While we were not taken on as a charity case by Togut, we have been given a considerable discount. Even so, top notch law firms are not cheap and cannot work pro-bono on cases like ours. Every dollar we raise here will go towards legal expenses.
