(Please read our updates too)

Our brave friend Adnan Halilovic is 17 years old boy from Konjic, Bosnia and for the last 3 years he has been fighting the battle of his life with pain and suffering with a hope for a “better tomorrow”. Adnan has ben diagnosed with Common Variable Immunodeficiency (CVID)*, Crohn`s disease**, Atopic dermatitis (AD)*** and Celiac disease****. Every 28 days Adnan has to get immunoglobulin replacement therapy****** in Belgrade, Serbia which costs $2300.00 each time. Missing one of this therapies is life threatening.

Our ultimate goal at this time is to help raise money for those therapies.

It hurts to see a boy, who instead of living a life of a teenager, is fighting for his life; who instead of thinking what to do in his life is thinking if his family will be able to collect enough money for another month of therapy; and yet he is still be able to keep the smile on his face.

We're mobilizing “Adnan`s LifeLine” to help support this beloved boy and his family with their travel costs, hospital bills, treatments and medications.
The last thing any of us want is for financial stress to be added to what already is an incredibly life challenging time for Adnan and for his family.

Due to the astronomical medical bills that are piling up, we ask that you please donate anything you can, because any amount will be a great help to MAKE A DIFFERENCE. A small donation can make an impact to  Adnan`s life and help him become a healthier man who will be able to help himself, his family and other people in need.

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR GENEROSITY AND COMING TOGETHER TO HELP ADNAN.

And PLEASE don`t forget to share “Adnan`s LifeLine” fundraising page!

*Common Variable Immunodeficiency (CVID) is an antibody deficiency that leaves the immune system unable to defend against bacteria and viruses, resulting in recurrent and often severe infections.

**Crohn's disease is an inflammatory bowel disease. It causes inflammation of your digestive tract, which lead to abdominal pain, severe diarrhea, fatigue, weight loss and malnutrition.

*** Atopic dermatitis (AD), also known as atopic eczema, is a type of inflammation of the skin (dermatitis). It results in itchy, red, swollen, and cracked skin. Clear fluid may come from the affected areas, which often thicken over time.

**** Celiac disease is a serious autoimmune disorder that can occur in genetically predisposed people where the ingestion of gluten leads to damage in the small intestine.

***** Immunoglobulin (IgG) is the part of blood plasma that contains antibodies. People suffering from immunodeficiency diseases involving poor IgG levels and/or function often benefit from a medical treatment called immunoglobulin replacement therapy, also known as IVIg or SCIg.
