Adopt A Senior Book Drive

Hi! We are Nicole Geary and Ashley Morris! We are independent consultants with Usborne Books & More (UBAM). In the month of February, we have a day called “Day of UBAM” where all of the UBAM consultants come together to give back to our local communities. This year we are doing a book drive to raise money to provide care packages for some of the seniors at Lutheran Life Villages. We chose to give back to the seniors here because Nicole’s mother has been a resident throughout the last few years. Our “Adopt a Senior” book drive will collect money to give a care package to seniors that may not have family or friends close by to visit them. 

 

With a donation of $30, one senior will get a Magic Painting book, a trivia or puzzle book, a Stained Glass coloring book, a handful of greeting cards, as well as some colored pencils and miscellaneous items.

 

Any amount donated will be greatly appreciated. Our seniors need to be shown that we care for them, just like they once cared for us!
