Adopter vet bills

All Dog Rescue Scotland brings rescue dogs from Romania to adoptive homes in Scotland.  We are a non-profit organisation and all our dogs are vet checked and fully vaccinated before leaving to join their forever homes.

 

Unfortunately two of the puppies Arthur and Daisy began to feel unwell after being with their adopters only a few weeks.

 

Amy and Marc are Daisy’’s adopters this is what they had to say.

 

We adopted the sweetest little girl Daisy a few weeks ago and she has been a complete angel and made us so happy. She has taken very unwell and our insurance unfortunately is unable to cover her vet bills, so we have paid as much as we can for her expensive treatment so far but are now running out. We would absolutely love to see Daisy try to get better so we can hopefully bring her home and give her the lovely life she deserves. If anyone can help even a little this would be so appreciated -

This is the first time we have had puppies become sick so soon after arriving and we can only assume they have had something passed down from their mum and they have been compensating this whole time and the journey has aggravated their illnesses. We have pledged to pay half of Daisy’s final bill and would love to be able to offer to do the same for her brother so if you can spare a few pounds for these beautiful babies, please support us in this.
