In Memory of Adrian Daly

On August 7, 2023, Adrian Daly passed away from a sudden heart attack when on vacation in Phuket, Thailand. Since his passing, we have received numerous cards, photos, and stories that Adrian’s friends and colleagues have shared. We are extremely grateful for everyone’s kindness and compassion. The goal of this fund is to help Adrian’s four children with the cost of mortuary and medical bills, college education, and bringing their father back home.

An Eastman School of Music and University of Notre Dame graduate, Adrian earned degrees in Music Performance and Literature, as well as a Doctorate of Musical Arts in Piano Performance in 1994. He later served as the Associate Dean of Students at the Eastman School of Music and the Dean of Conservatory at the Cleveland Institute of Music. In 2015, Adrian joined the Colburn School as their Provost.

Adrian was a hard-working, loving man who dedicated himself to countless students and colleagues and to the community. He was most proud of his four children- Darina, Darin, Devin, and Dillan. He loved sharing their stories and photos of their achievements with his family and friends.

The Daly Family extends their deepest gratitude to everyone who has touched their father’s life.

A memorial concert will be presented on September 18 2023 at the Colburn School in Los Angeles, CA
