This plea is for Adrian “Spaceman “Mitchell, our brother friend and colleague. In one way or another your path may have met him in his various roles – Track, football, Music production and a Sports Minister.
He is afflicted with an Advanced Prostate problem, which has to some extent incapacitated him. We are humbly requesting your support for this urgent medical need.
In light of his situation his only (current) available option is to travel to Havana, Cuba for pressing medical treatment on or before the 25 May 2016. Due to his physical condition and lack of mobility he has to be accompanied by a nurse’s aide (or the equivalent).
At this time, he is respectfully approaching your way as he petitions for your financial assistance to defray the costs ---which based on current estimates…. is EC $33,000EC (US $12,220).
A group of his friends, former high school class mates and family have already pledged sums toward the financial target and we are humbly asking you to contribute whatever you can here on Gofundme.com.
