Adriana Avellan Veliz

Our beloved Adriana lost her life in a car accident while traveling in a cab from the airport to the hotel for her cousin's wedding in the Dominican Republic. Just 38 years old, Adriana had her whole life ahead of her.

Adriana leaves behind her 16 year old son Diego who was the center of her world, as well as her parents who are retired in Ecuador, siblings, extended family and a vast network of friends who cherished her and her infectious energy. Adriana was a fierce and loyal friend, a hard working energetic single mom who was full of life and shared that joy with all who knew her. Our hearts are broken.

We are raising funds to support the repatriation of Adriana's remains and funeral arrangements. Any contribution means the world to her family during this difficult time. Any excess of funds will go to a trust fund for Diego.

Nuestra amada Adriana perdió la vida en un accidente automovilístico camino a la boda de su prima en República Dominicana. Con solo 38 años Adriana tenía toda su vida por delante.

Adriana deja a su hijo Diego que era el centro de su mundo, sus padres jubilados en Ecuador, hermanos, demás familia y un sinnúmero de amigos que la amaban a ella con su inagotable energía. Adriana era una amiga leal, una madre soltera fuerte y trabajadora que estaba llena de vida y compartía esa alegría con todo el que la rodeaba. Tenemos partido el corazón.

Estamos recolectando fondos para la repatriación de los restos de Adriana y los arreglos funebres. Cualquier contribución sería de apoyo para su familia en estos momentos tan difíciles. Cualquier exceso de fondos se pondrá en una cuenta para Diego.
