Adria's Ear Surgery

Hi, my name is Donna and I am fundraising to help my son, Travis, get a much needed surgery for his dog, Adria.

Adria is Travis' first pet. She loves everyone she meets and has the sweetest personality. She is a source of joy for all our family.

Adria has been plagued by chronic ear infections in her right ear for over 2 years. With each infection, the scarring and mineralization of her ear canal has accumulated. It is now to the point that the opening of Adria's ear is totally blocked closed. Her ear can no longer drain any accumulated debris or infection. Our sweet girl has an egg size lump of swelling and infection below her ear. Adria has lost weight, energy and is almost always in discomfort. We want our playful happy doggo back!

Unfortunately, the remedy for Adria's condition is a Total Ear Canal Ablation and Bulla Osteotomy. This surgery involves the complete removal of the ear canal and tympanic bulla (middle ear), leaving only the ear flap (pinna) remaining.

The cost is extreme and well beyond our means. We are reaching out to fellow animal lovers, friends and family in hopes of raising enough funds to get our energetic Adria back to good health.

Associated with the surgery costs are;

* Pre-Op CAT scans to determine is there is a tumor in her ear and how far the infection has spread
