Adrienne Scissorhands Recovery Fund

Hi friends!

This morning Adrienne had a hysterectomy at Kaiser in SF for non-cancerous, large fibroids on her uterus. She did so well in the recovery room that they already sent her home!

The recovery time for a hysterectomy is typically two to four weeks. As most of you know, Adrienne works in the service industry which does not provide sick and vacation time. She will be out of work and losing money every day of her recovery. We've been able to save a little since she found out she needed the surgery but she will still need help paying for the rent on her apartment, the rent on her station at work and various bills.

Adrienne's contributions to the community cannot be overstated. She is a good friend, an amazing hairdresser and the best DJ in town! Now she needs a little help from that community. Please contribute what you can and share the link for this campaign!
