Help Mellie Lewis replace lost Aeoniums
Donation protected
Hi I'm Debs Ednie, I run a plant nursery and I'm raising funds to help my lovely friend Mellie Lewis replace some of her treasured National Collection of Aeoniums. During the cold weather there was a power outage and she lost toward 1000 plants from the outside greenhouses.
See link for more info on Mellie Mellie is an amazingly generous lady, always happy to advise and chat about plants and has raised the profile of Aeoniums massively in recent years. National Collection Holders do an important job of conserving rare or threatened species for future generations, and Mellie has won awards and exhibited at the big shows raising awareness of these lovely plants.
I'd love to be able to raise enough to really make a dent in the replacement costs, and will be donating spares of Aeoniums that I grow to her as well to help out.
The following is a list of varieties needing replacing, offers of spare cuttings or plants could be made to Mellie herself at [email redacted]
