Aerial Teacher Training

Hello! My name is Gina and am raising money to do an aerial teacher training with Paper Doll Militia. I have been an aerialist for 10 years and have been teaching for the past 3. As aerial becomes more regulated, teacher trainings have developed, similar to those required to teach yoga or pilates. There are now starting to be more universal skills being taught and certifications required to teach in some studios. Much of my learning over the past 10 years, as is the case with many aerialists, has been very piecemeal. The teacher training I'd like to do will fill in the gaps in my learning, provide me with the opportunity to have access to skill videos, receive feedback on my execution of skills being taught in the curriculum, as well as on my teaching. I will then be able to teach a range of levels of aerial silks and rope with confidence. All of my aerial education up until this point has been self-funded, to the point of accruing debt to do so. I am aware of the statistics around women funding their businesses with their own money at much higher rates than men, and though I don't like to ask for money, am driven by this disparity to put myself out there and ask for an investment in my future entrepreneurial and creative endeavors.
