AETFAT 2025 (Ghana): Travel Awards for African scientists

AETFAT Congress is the largest conference for botanists, phycologists and mycologists working in Africa, and a unique opportunity for networking and sharing results. It takes place every 3 years, the next one happening in August 2025 in Ghana. However, lack of funds limits the participation of African scientists and conservationists, due to economic imbalances. We are setting up a fund that will allow giving £1,000 travel awards to 10 African botanists, phycologists and mycologists wishing to attend this conference to showcase their results. Priority will be given to early career scientists and under-represented groups.
